You will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, high-quality food offerings, food safety, store cleanliness, and maximum profitability. Are You Qualified? Must be 18 years or older. Education: High School Diploma required. Experience: Minimum of two years in a restaurant setting with proven leadership experience on all shifts. Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English. Must possess a current Health Card as per state or local regulations. Reliable transportation is a must. Pass a Criminal Background Check including MVR. Ability to obtain SERV Safe Certification. This position has an expected workweek of 50 hours. Open availability is required (may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs). Note: This position is with Diversified Restaurant Group, a franchisee of Taco Bell and Arby's Corp. If hired, your employment will be solely with the franchisee who sets its own wage and benefit programs that may vary.
