What you’ll do

  • Recruit, train, and manage outdoor sales reps. Run sales meetings and enforce Scorecard discipline.
  • Coach in the field: ride-alongs, live inspections, live closes. Model the standard.
  • Lead from the front: Our GM’s do everything above AND are at the top of the sales leaderboard.
  • Drive Speed-to-Cash: move agreements to build and collection on target.
  • Align with Inside Sales and Production to handoff clean, fast, profitable jobs.

How you’ll be measured

  • Market revenue and profitability.
  • PM performance: agreements, closed jobs, speed-to-cash.
  • Team retention and development.
  • Market leaderboard rank (Agreements, Sold $, Closed $, Points).

Not for you if

  • You manage from the dashboard and avoid the field.
  • You make excuses, fear hard calls, or won’t hold the line on standards.

Must haves

  • Proven track record leading field sales teams to targets.
  • Process-driven, decisive, and accountable. You recruit, coach, and enforce standards.
  • Willing to knock doors, climb roofs, run leads and close side-by-side when needed.
