Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in the Hard Goods areas, including Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories. Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge, keeping up to date with new technologies, products, and services. Conduct Club Comparisons to help customers assess performance differences among various clubs. Follow established Golf Club Fitting Protocol to ensure an accurate and efficient fitting process. Operate Simulator and Launch Monitor technologies, utilizing fitting tools to provide customers with valuable fitting information. Make personalized equipment recommendations tailored to each customer’s needs. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in golf retail sales Minimum 1 year of experience in golf fitting is preferred Basic understanding of the golf industry and club fitting principles Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift boxes up to 30 lbs overhead Flexibility to work varied retail schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays GED or high school diploma As part of the Arthur M.
