Basic Job Functions:

The Grating District Sales Manager (DSM) will be primarily responsible for being a Division Leader and Taking Care of our Customers by building and sustaining strong, engaged relationships. The DSM will be the lead for driving our fabricated grating strategy. This includes developing an effective marketing, customer engagement, and pricing strategy for the Vulcraft Texas market. This role calls for a high level of collaboration with sales and non-sales teammates within the entire Vulcraft/Verco group in order to drive enterprise-wide results. The DSM must be willing and able to travel. In this role there is an option to work remotely in the Central Texas region. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma Two years experience in the steel industry

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in fabricated grating sales Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Working knowledge of SAP Four-year degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Construction Mgt., or related field
