Job Summary : Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Sales Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager by providing leadership that optimizes sales results, with specific ownership of the customer experience on the sales floor. Through effective floor management, you will ensure the promotion of a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency and increase traffic through digital platforms. You are an integral part of the success of your store! Qualifications High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset. 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment. Passion for fashion, with an outgoing personality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency in adapting to changing business needs, with the ability to contribute impactful ideas and solutions. Ability to promote an environment encouraging participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and building on others' ideas. Ability to build partnerships and prioritize collaboration. Skills in social media, mobile devices, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open Office.
