Overview
We seek an experienced Commercial Insurance or Business-to-Business (B2B) sales professional to focus their skills and expertise in commercial lines Property & Casualty (P&C) and Employee Benefits (EB) consulting services for middle-market businesses in Texas. The right candidate would feel comfortable selling to senior-level executives and business owners. This role is in the B2B market, using a highly consultative sales approach. You will be targeting CFOs, CEOs, and other high-level executives. If you can't envision yourself in a consultative selling environment offering proposals ranging from $250,000 to $1.5 million, this position is not for you.

An active commercial insurance license is not a prerequisite for consideration in this role; however, licensure will be required within the first 90 days following the hire date. We will sponsor and support the training and licensure process.

Salary
The starting salary ranges from $50,000 to $85,000, depending on the candidate's experience and skill set, plus a commission on new business revenue (40%) and renewal business revenue (30%). We prefer candidates who are interested in building wealth via residual commission and want to double their income, but not overnight. To achieve this level of success, you cannot be afraid of prospecting to C-level professionals who may have never heard of our firm.
