Pay: $ 60,000 - $80,000 salary plus commissions
Hardscapes Sales Manager job Responsibilities:
Focus is bringing in new business
Work with Residential contractors – B2B
Educate the contractors on products
Stay abreast of the ever-changing construction industry, product developments, and market shifts to help properly position for sustained growth.
Be involved in industry-leading associations and events to stay abreast of trends and everchanging market dynamics.
Active participant in the development and implementation of market plans including price, promotion, people, and product portfolio for your customer base and network influencers. Target audiences to include, but not limited to dealers, contractors, and owners.
Identification and Prequalification: Utilize industry search databases to identify and prequalify target customers and projects that support market plan achievement.
Qualifications:
Prior B2B sales experience in Hardscapes OR Building Materials Sales required
Bachelors Degree or years of experience will be considered
Ability to read blueprints
Self starter – new business development hunter!
Excellent communication skills
