About the Role: We are looking for a Head of Inside Sales (ISRs) to lead, coach, and evolve our inside sales organization. This leader will drive top-of-funnel success while iterating the ISR model to stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the team is effective, efficient, and aligned with the broader sales strategy. Responsibilities Define and execute Corelight's Inside Sales Strategy to drive new customer acquisition and expansion. Partner with marketing and sales leadership to refine and adapt the ISR model as the industry and buyer behaviors evolve. Drive operational excellence by optimizing sales processes, sales tools usage, and reporting. Analyze data to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and guide strategy. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Field Sales to ensure alignment on messaging, lead quality, and campaign execution. Recruit, onboard, and develop top ISR talent; manage and iterate incentive programs that reward performance. Foster a positive, high-energy culture that emphasizes continuous improvement and adaptability. Qualifications 10-15 years of total experience, with 5+ in sales leadership roles, preferably in cyber, B2B SaaS or technology. Working knowledge of SOC personas and their roles in the decision-making process. Proven track record of delivering qualified meetings and opportunities to sales teams. Proven ability to articulate value propositions to strategic (C, VP level) and technical titles. Strong understanding of top-of-funnel sales motions, lead generation, and pipeline development. Proven ability to adapt and refine sales models based on market shifts and data-driven insights. Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, Crystal Knows, 6Sense, Hubspot, etc.). Track record of building high-performing, scalable teams through leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Preferred Experience managing globally distributed or remote ISR teams. Some background in sales strategy or operations. Strong knowledge of industry cyber trends and emerging sales technologies. Compensation and Notice Compensation Range: $225,000—$324,000 USD Notice of Pay Transparency: The compensation for this position may vary depending on factors such as location, skills and experience. Depending on the nature and seniority of the role, a percentage of compensation may come in the form of a commission-based or discretionary bonus. Equity and additional benefits will also be awarded.
