About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Programmatic Ad Sales to spearhead the strategy and execution of its programmatic business. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of redefining the future of advertising, with a focus on Programmatic Guaranteed, Private Marketplace, Local, and Open Exchange. This executive will be responsible for driving both direct and indirect programmatic revenue, managing a team of programmatic account managers, and building strategic relationships to accelerate the adoption and growth of programmatic offerings. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in digital advertising, particularly in programmatic sales, and a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, and emerging trends.
Key responsibilities for the Head of Programmatic Ad Sales include driving programmatic revenue, managing executive-level relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and contributing to the company's ad tech and data strategy. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus, and at least 15 years' experience in digital advertising, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role. They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be adept at influencing across functions, and have the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The role also requires the candidate to be a thought leader in the industry, representing the company at various events and conferences.
