About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales and Channel Partnerships to lead the identification and targeting of global enterprise customers, aligning their needs with the company's offerings in the areas of enterprise agility and agile workforce development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales cycle, developing and maintaining a sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with enterprise customers to ensure repeat business and cross-selling opportunities. Additionally, the role involves providing data-driven insights for process improvement, identifying and managing strategic partnerships, and executing a comprehensive channel partnership strategy. The Head of Sales and Channel Partnerships will also be expected to foster collaboration across teams, represent the company at industry events, and contribute to the continuous evolution of sales and partnership strategies.
Applicants for the Head of Sales and Channel Partnerships position at the company should possess strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, is strongly preferred, and experience with agile and scrum methodologies is a plus. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree being advantageous, and a minimum of 7 years' experience in sales, partnerships, or a related field, preferably in the technology or professional services industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth through enterprise sales and channel partnerships, as well as experience in developing and managing licensing or reseller programs, and international sales and business development, particularly in the workforce training and adult education markets.
