What You'll Do Drive Revenue Growth Create and execute sales strategies that deliver exceptional results across our Fashion events Work with the VP of Sales to set targets, establish territories, and develop individual quotas Identify new market opportunities both domestically and internationally Focus on acquiring large key accounts while expanding into new market segments Lead a High-Performing Team Mentor Directors, Managers, and Executives through regular coaching and development Foster a culture where accountability, performance, and customer-centric selling thrive Implement training programs that enhance your team's ability to close deals and build relationships Conduct meaningful 1:1 meetings that support individual growth and performance Build Strong Customer Relationships Meet regularly with clients to understand their needs and create tailored solutions Organize quarterly strategic sessions with key customers to strengthen partnerships Drive customer retention through effective cross-selling, upselling, and rebooking strategies Attend industry events to discover new business opportunities and expand our customer base Deliver Strategic Leadership Monitor sales performance using CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting Report key insights, wins, and market intelligence to the VP of Sales Lead media product sales initiatives to help the team achieve revenue goals Oversee event floor placement strategies to maximize customer engagement and value Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and business teams Act as the main connection between your sales team and the VP of Sales Create feedback loops between departments to continuously improve our offerings Build a positive, results-oriented culture throughout the organization Qualifications:
