With a fresh $10M funding round, we’re ready to scale and are looking to triple the size of our team. Our focus is on litigation. We work hard, ship fast, and win together. Your Role We have a well-established 'Prosumer' sales motion that has been working well. We grew 100% last quarter and have 1,200 customers. We\'re looking for someone to establish a more typical B2B flow. You\'ll need to get very deep and have an owner\'s mindset, taking over this substantial responsibility, with huge upside. You will be responsible for recruiting and managing a 3-4 team members. Senior Level / Qualifications VP / Head of Sales. Reports to CEO. Experience in LegalTech and/or Law Degree Extensive B2B sales experience History owning and achieving large sales targets Strong technical acumen Substantial leadership experience Ability to command instant credibility Fantastic work ethic and ownership mindset Ability to work 3 days per week in Dallas office (near Uptown) when not traveling Ability to travel as needed Ability to run full sales cycle in large accounts individually and lead other team members Compensation & Benefits Total OTE cash of $320K - $400K + substantial equity.
