You\'ll manage live chats, conduct discovery and sales calls, and close deals that bring high-value eCommerce brands into our portfolio. This role requires someone with strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently represent our services and value to prospects.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor inbound chats, forms, and outreach channels to engage potential clients quickly and effectivelyConduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and determine fit with LDX\'s servicesLead sales presentations and closing conversations, confidently explaining LDX\'s value propositionNurture leads through the full sales pipeline — from first contact to signed agreementBuild and maintain partnerships with eCommerce brands, affiliates, and referral sourcesAttend and represent LDX at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build partnershipsFollow up consistently with prospects via email, Slack, or calls to keep momentum until deal closureMaintain accurate sales records in CRM and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, HubSpot/alternative CRM)Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and Client Success team to align new clients seamlessly into onboardingWork with the team to identify opportunities for upsells or additional service offeringsConsistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIsRequirements2-4 years of relevant experience in sales, partnerships, or client acquisitionExceptional English communication skills, both written and verbalProven sales or business development experience, ideally in the digital marketing/ ecommerce sectorStrong track record of closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales targetsConfident on video calls and live chats, with a polished, professional presenceProficiency with CRM systems, Google Suite, and communication tools (Slack, Zoom)Ability to build trust-based relationships quickly with prospectsStrong negotiation and persuasion skillsBachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredYou\'ll Excel in This Role If YouLove talking to people and get energy from closing dealsAre self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive under performance targetsCan balance a fast-paced pipeline while keeping relationships strongEnjoy collaborating with marketing and client success teams to grow accountsAre hungry to learn, adaptable, and excited about building partnerships in the eCommerce/digital marketing spaceInterview ProcessClick Apply and submit your CVFill in a short survey1-on-1 video interview with HRYou will be asked to complete a short test task1-on-1 video interview with Hiring ManagerBenefitsRemote/Hybrid Position: Enjoy the flexibility to work from homeImpactful Voice: Be a key player in shaping media strategies and driving client successGrowth Opportunities: Advance your career quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentContinuous Learning: Access to the latest courses, certifications, and learning opportunities.
