The Opportunity
We're seeking a US Head of Sales to spearhead our US market expansion and establish Winnin as the definitive cultural intelligence platform for enterprise brands. This is a transformational leadership role for a proven sales executive who thrives on building from the ground up while leveraging their extensive network of senior marketing decision-makers.
As our Head of Sales, you'll own the entire US sales function, from strategy development to execution, working directly with CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and Brand Presidents at Fortune 500
companies. You'll be instrumental in taking Winnin from emerging player to market leader in the
cultural intelligence space.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership & Vision
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the US market (starting with, but not limited to, the beauty, CPG, food & bev and finance/fintech verticals)
Build scalable sales processes, methodologies, and playbooks that drive consistent revenue growth
Partner with the US GM and global executive team to define market positioning against competitors
Represent Winnin through thought leadership and networking at key industry events (Cannes Lions, SXSW, Advertising Week, etc.)
Revenue Generation & Growth
Own and exceed ambitious revenue targets, driving new logo acquisition and account expansion
Build and nurture relationships with C-suite marketing executives at target enterprises
Lead complex, consultative 90 - 120 day sales cycles and mid six-figure annual contract values
Develop and execute account-based marketing initiatives in partnership with marketing teams
Leverage your existing network of senior marketing contacts to accelerate market penetration
Team Building & Leadership
Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team including Account Executives,
Sales Development Representatives, and Solutions Consultants
Implement comprehensive sales training programs and ongoing coaching methodologies
Foster a results-driven, collaborative sales culture aligned with Winnin's values
Partner with global teams to share best practices and scale successful approaches across markets
Align with Brazilian-based VP of Growth to establish goals, exchange best practices, develop annual plans, and track quarterly KPIs
Customer Success & Market Intelligence
Serve as the voice of the customer, providing critical market insights to product and marketing teams
Collaborate with Client Engagement to ensure seamless handoffs and expansion opportunities
Build strategic partnerships with agencies and consultancies
Maintain deep understanding of martech/adtech landscape and competitive positioning
What You Bring
Essential Experience
B2B SaaS sales leadership experience in martech, adtech, or social media technology
Proven track record of scaling sales organizations from startup/growth stage to $50M+ ARR
Deep relationships with senior marketing executives (CMOs, VPs Marketing, Heads of Digital, Brand Presidents) at Fortune 1000 companies
Enterprise sales expertise with complex, multi-stakeholder deals averaging $250K+
annual contract values Industry recognition as a thought leader in the martech/adtech space with consistent presence at major industry conferences
Technical & Domain Expertise
Strong understanding of social media analytics, cultural intelligence, and marketing measurement
Experience selling into marketing, brand, and creative teams at large enterprises
Knowledge of competitive landscape including social listening, influencer marketing, and brand monitoring tools
Familiarity with marketing technology stack integration and enterprise procurement processes
Leadership & Personal Qualities
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building and scaling teams in high-growth environments
Executive presence comfortable presenting to C-suite audiences and representing Winnin at industry events
Data-driven approach to sales management with expertise in CRM platforms and sales analytics
Cultural fit with Winnin's innovative, collaborative, and results-oriented culture
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving market with a global, distributed team
Education & Credentials
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and building successful sales organizations
Strong references from previous colleagues, customers, and industry partners
