The ideal candidate will be tasked with driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market share in the region. Key responsibilities for this role include the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet revenue targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners, leading and mentoring a sales team, identifying new business opportunities and market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' B2B sales experience in the electrical equipment industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively. A deep knowledge of renewable energy technologies and market trends is required, along with fluency in English and at least one Asian language. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and experienced professional who can bring a strategic and results-driven approach to the sales team.
