As a Healthcare Sales Account Manager, you will identify and prospect new hospital clients, build relationships with key stakeholders, and create opportunities for our solutions. You will generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and professional networking within the hospital sector, while conducting consultative outreach with hospital executives and department leaders to understand their priorities and present tailored solutions. You will manage a robust sales pipeline, track activity and progress, and meet lead-generation and revenue targets under the guidance of a Regional Recruitment Manager. The role includes hosting client meetings (virtual and in-person) and occasional travel to hospitals, conferences, and industry events as needed, all supported by in-office mentorship, training, and daily collaboration.
