Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Training Manager to join our team! As a Sales Training Manager on the team, you will work closely with our team of trainers to support, mentor, and encourage them to become a successful, motivational sales force for our company. You will also handle training new team members, tracking their performance and any disciplinary actions as needed. The ideal candidate has previous experience in both training and sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a background in leadership. Background in Solar is preferable but not required

Responsibilities
  • Manage a group of sales training professionals, including mentoring and providing guidance and leadership
  • Handle scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions for your team
  • Work with upper management and leadership to create goals for the department and sales team
  • Ensure all team projects and goals are completed on time and on budget
  • Hire, train, and support new members of the team, as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales training desired
  • Previous management and leadership experience desired
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
