Overview H&M Sales Advisor - Polaris Fashion Place. As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming & guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and provide support & guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to inform customers for the best experience. You will also contribute to garment refill & care, presentation and maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service: welcoming & guiding customers through the store and omni experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service Engage with customers to provide outstanding service Guide customers through fashion trends, stories & products in all areas of the store Promote and sell products effectively Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management Fashion & Knowledge Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers Use product & fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers Team & Development Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give & receive feedback to learn and develop Participate in onboarding, introductions, trainings and courses relevant for the role Operations & Visual & Commercial Execution Complete garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) Support garment presentation and attractive displays, ensuring clear trends & stories align with visual & commercial guidelines Maintain stock levels with replenishment on the sales floor Follow in-store omni services & tech tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.) Assist with opening and closing the store Adhere to H&S guidelines and legal requirements Qualifications Passion for fashion and everything created in-store Motivated by delivering a great customer experience Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment Sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment Experience in customer service in fashion, retail or other service industries Why You\'ll Love Working at H&M Value diversity and inclusion across race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, and disability Value-driven organization guided by our values Access to Colleague Resource Groups for community and networking Inclusive culture where you can be yourself at work Global talent community with opportunities for growth Comprehensive benefits including health, wellness, family support, retirement plan, paid leave and community day Employee discount across H&M Group brands Additional Information Job Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt EEOC Code: SLS Compensation: Sales Associates Pay Rate $15.00 per hour
