Holiday Season Sales Associate

Robert Half is getting ready for the Holiday Season with one of our most festive clients. Our client is a global, eCommerce retailer that focuses on selling high-end holiday and home dcor. They will be opening their pop-up store in Burlingame starting mid-September. If you are a fan of the holidays, especially Christmas, this is a great opportunity for you. We are looking to fill multiple roles with candidates that have previous retail experience, volunteer experience, or worked on a team in a work, extracurricular, or recreational capacity. Please note that our client is looking for candidates with open availability to fit the store schedule. They are also asking for limited time off request during these three weeks. Open availability is best.

Shift Schedule: Looking for candidates who are openly available Monday through Sunday from 9AM to 7PM.

Duration: September 15th to mid-January.

Location: Burlingame (1.2 miles from BART).

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00.

Sales Associate

Provide excellent customer service by assisting our customers in choosing the perfect Christmas tree.

Go above and beyond in getting customers excited about having a Balsam Hill Christmas.

Accurately complete transactions through the Balsam Hill website and with the use of apps like Square.

Restock merchandise as needed and perform other daily duties routine to retail.

Requirements

Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Quick learner with the ability to master product knowledge and store operations.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.

Comfortable using iPads and other retail technologies.
