Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Associate to drive business development efforts across Philadelphia and nearby counties. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional—not necessarily from healthcare—who is comfortable developing relationships, meeting performance goals, and representing a mission-based organization in the field. This is not a caregiving or clinical role. We are looking for individuals with prior sales or business development experience, preferably involving community outreach, referrals, or service-based products. Key Responsibilities Generate and manage referral pipelines through consistent outreach to healthcare providers, community partners, and local organizations. Conduct in-person visits with case managers, supports coordinators, discharge planners, and others who influence client referrals. Attend and represent Open Arms at outreach events, senior centers, and community meetings. Educate prospective clients and families about services and eligibility for home care under the Medicaid Waiver and other programs. Support smooth onboarding of new clients, including agency-to-agency transfers. Document all referral activity and communications in CRM system. Monitor referral trends and report insights to the management team. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience in any industry (home care or healthcare preferred but not required). Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales or outreach targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural relationship-building style. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and follow-up habits. Basic proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for field-based travel. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Medicaid waiver services, home care, or human services is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English or Russian/English) is highly desirable.
