Advisacare is urgently hiring for the role of Home Health and Hospice community liaison. As a community Liaison you will be responsible for building meaningful connections with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare facilities in and around Macomb county, playing a crucial role on the growth of our service lines. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for home health and hospice services. Identify and establish relationships with potential referral sources Conduct presentations and educational programs for healthcare professionals to promoting all service lines. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis. Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality patient care. Participate in community events and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and community engagement. Provide feedback and insights from the field to the management team for service improvements and marketing strategies. Requirements Proven history in healthcare sales preferably (Home Healthcare/Hospice) Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and referral sources. Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets. Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the designated territory.
