You'll Solve Their Biggest Problem: Beyond your great personality, you'll be delivering a solution that truly relieves their administrative burden . RCs simply fax patient info to us, and we handle the rest: quickly getting authorizations, providing a prompt yes-or-no answer, and ensuring an expedited Start of Care (SOC) with reliable caregivers.

What You'll Do

Establish quick rapport and nurture strong relationships with Referral Coordinators in physician offices, SNFS, and hospitals.

Educate RCs on how Actify’s streamlined process saves them time and ensures reliable patient care.

Develop and execute strategies to grow referrals and Actify brand awareness.

Collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication.

Consistently meet and exceed referral goals.

Who We're Looking For

We are open to two types of exceptional candidates:

A Clinician Ready for a Change: Are you a Clinician such as a Registered Nurse (RN), PT or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is tired of the traditional clinical setting? Your hands-on experience and deep understanding of patient care are effective assets you can leverage in a new way.   With your track record of building rapport, you can now use those skills to become an effective field salesperson, working with a team that seamlessly gives doctors, patients, and their families peace of mind.

An Experienced Home Health Marketer: You've been in the home health marketing field for a while and you're looking for a team that delivers on its promises. You have a proven track record of generating referrals and you're eager to join a small, dynamic team where your ideas are heard and your dedication is recognized.

The ideal candidate for this role has a unique ability to connect with people and leave a lasting, positive impression. If you are the kind of person who can make a difference just by walking into a room, we encourage you to apply.

Your Qualifications

Proven experience in a field sales, marketing, or clinical role, preferably in home health care.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Energetic, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Reliable vehicle and a valid Florida driver's license.
