At Residential Home Health and Hospice (Residential), were looking to add to our extraordinary care team. Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment, our Hospice Consultant will partner with our field staff and leaders to provide the best support to the patients that we serve.
Up to 22 paid holiday and personal days off in year one
* Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources and field staff
* Work closely with Marketing, Agency Administrator, and Clinical Management to ensure that the demand for clinical care is aligned with our capacity and at no time compromises the Agencys ability to provide the best quality care for our patients
We are looking for a compassionate Hospice Consultant with:
* Associate degree, bachelors degree preferred
* Understand all federal and state laws pertaining to the marketing of home care/hospice
