The Opportunity Our client—a national leader in post-acute home health & hospice—is seeking a Sales Director to lead hospice growth and a high-performing sales team. You'll build referral relationships, drive admissions, and enhance the experiences of both partners and patients. Must have: Prior hospice sales management experience in the Maryland area. Candidates without this experience will not be considered. What You'll Do Own the growth plan: Develop and execute market strategies to expand hospice volumes and strengthen referral patterns. Lead the team: Recruit, coach, and motivate sales representatives to achieve goals and quality outcomes. Enable success: Create and deliver practical training and in-service sessions for community partners and staff; update content as needs evolve. Use data to win: Monitor and analyze referral/admissions trends to uncover opportunities and refine outreach. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred . Proven leadership managing hospice sales teams. Track record of directing, motivating, and developing professionals. Skill in designing and delivering training and in-services. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Compensation & Benefits Base + Bonus: $120,000–$150,000 total comp plan Health benefits Generous PTO 401(k) with 6% match Mileage reimbursement
