Job DescriptionFrette is seeking a Hospitality Sales Coordinator to join our team, on a hybrid work schedule.
Working under an Account Executive, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong excel, communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities include supporting the development of house accounts, and the general administration of daily, weekly tasks (such as reporting, sample coordination, etc) to support the sales force internally and in the field.
JOB DUTIES:
- Run daily, weekly, monthly reports for Account Executive (including open orders, back order reports, external partner reports, etc.)
- Research former, current, and new opportunities to grow the business. Deviating leads and potential opportunities to localized representatives and following up with them to ensure contact.
- Partner with our Customer Service team to manage house accounts. Resolving any issues or requests made by the clients. Following up with accounts to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in making telephone calls and scheduling in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Create presentations and materials used in presentation to clients, ensuring reflection of the Frette brand.
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers.
- Liaison between house accounts and customer service to provide catalog, samples, quotes, and submitting orders for processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments – Supply Chain, Marketing, Product Development - on special projects/samples/presentations or activations for the Hospitality division.
- Coordinating annual training and in-house sales meetings, including set up / breakdown of showroom, catering, travel arrangements, etc.
- Coordinate all samples to the Hospitality Office from international factories.
- Keeps abreast of product applications, market conditions, and competitive activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Management)
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point required, knowledge of D365 is a plus.
- Independent, self motivated, detail-oriented; ability to multi-task in a busy office environment.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries and complaints.
- Strong research and follow up skills.
- Strong communication skills required, verbal and written.
This role requires 3 days in our NYC office.
