Responsibilities Manage Sales office operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately. Handle incoming phone calls and emails, providing exceptional customer support. Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, collaboration, and communication. Process invoices and manage basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Support various administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations. Skills Proficiency in office management and clerical duties. Experience with front desk responsibilities, including handling phone systems effectively. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Strong customer support skills with a focus on providing positive experiences. Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
