Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Sales Coordinator & Front Desk Agent. This hybrid role will support both the sales office and front desk operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences while assisting with sales and group business needs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities: Front Desk Agent Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Process payments accurately and follow hotel policies Sales Coordinator Assist the sales team with group bookings, contracts, and proposals Maintain and update client databases, group blocks, and event details Prepare sales reports, correspondence, and promotional materials Coordinate communication between sales, operations, and front desk Support site visits and assist with client needs before and during their stay QUALIFICATIONS: At least 1 year of experience in sales and hospitality. Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages beneficial Professional verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates Leadership Exceeds Guest expectations Providing services that are above and beyond for guest satisfaction and retention Frequently standing up, bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving about the facility Schedule: Full-time (including weekends and holidays as required) Experience: Sales: 1 year (Required) Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Mileage reimbursement Work Location: In person
