Salary $80,000 – $120,000 annually, based on experience Includes competitive benefits package Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen core people functions within a growing organization. This role is fully onsite Mon-Fri and is ideal for an experienced HR professional with 5–7+ years in a generalist or business partner capacity, particularly within professional or financial services environments. This individual will oversee Recruiting, HR Administration, and Talent Development while contributing to a collaborative and high-performance culture. Job Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruiting for all banking and non-banking roles Source candidates through proactive outreach and manage inbound application flow Schedule and coordinate interviews and conduct initial screening Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and expectations Maintain relationships with third-party recruiters and search firms Lead summer internship recruitment, including campus outreach and engagement Human Resources Administration Act as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries and concerns Develop and enforce employee policies and procedures aligned with employment laws and regulations Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks and FINRA fingerprinting Lead evaluation and transition related to a potential PEO partnership Maintain accurate and confidential employee records across HR systems Ensure Compliance With Regulatory, Benefits, And Documentation Requirements Talent Development & Performance Management Administer and support the firm's Mentor Silo program Drive the annual performance evaluation cycle and manage associated timelines and materials Collaborate with leadership to implement training and career development initiatives Enhance employee engagement, communication, and overall workplace experience Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred 5–7+ years of HR experience, ideally in professional services (finance, consulting, legal, etc.) Strong background in recruiting, onboarding, and performance management Solid knowledge of employment law and HR compliance Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence Experience with PEO models, HRIS platforms, and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) a plus Experience in financial services or with FINRA processes is a plus, but not required About The Company This organization is a fast-growing, entrepreneurial firm offering a collaborative, high-performance culture and exposure to company-wide strategic initiatives.
