Responsibilities: Take ownership of advanced troubleshooting and complex repair cases. Guide, train, and mentor junior technicians to build their skills. Provide professional estimates for new HVAC systems and upgrades. Ensure high-quality service, safety compliance, and efficient operations. Maintain accurate records of work performed and projects managed. Qualifications: Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor or senior-level technician. Deep knowledge of HVAC systems and strong problem-solving skills. Leadership ability with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction. Valid driver's license for travel to job sites.
