We Offer

Salary range from $20+/hour Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and a Community Service Paid Day Tuition Reimbursement 401K with 6% company match that is Fully Vested! Profit Sharing

40+ hours/week -- Monday - Friday -- Normally scheduled 8 hours/day - between 7am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities Of Our Customer Sales Associate

Greeting and assisting customers in a prompt professional manner Answering customer calls professionally, politely and promptly on a multi extension phone Assist with pulling orders and entry into the database for processing Provide recommendations or solutions to customers regarding HVAC products Accurately process orders and manage customer accounts Stock inventory as needed in the showroom Price out basic quotes & product availability from vendors Process warranty claims General cleaning & showroom upkeep Other duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

Customer Service experience required. Sales experience is preferred Distributor knowledge preferred. HVAC knowledge a plus. Computer literate and able to learn an inventory system. High school diploma or GED completion is required. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. The physical abilities required for this position include: walking; grasping; kneeling; crawling; reaching; carrying; stooping; crouching; standing; sitting; climbing; lifting (up to 100lbs).

Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria.
