Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Sales Technician position include: 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience (2+ considered) EPA Universal Certification preferred, valid driver’s license, and clean background Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with minimal supervision Recommend indoor air quality solutions and sell service memberships that benefit customers Complete 4–5 jobs per day within a 45-mile service radius (dispatched from home) Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company brand with pride Participate in light on-call rotation (every other week, no dispatches past 9 PM) Occasionally assist install crews as the business expands into installations Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, plus spiffs and commission opportunities, commensurate with experience.
