Qualified personal trainers, group fitness coaches, and fitness sales advisors will deliver to our member community a high level of customer service and a high-energy, heart rate-based, and technology-tracked workout.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, body mechanics, and general fitness principles Personal training and/or group fitness certifications from OTF preferred sources such as; ACSM, ACE, PTA, NASM, NCSA, AFFA, ISSA, or NFPT (Preferable but not mandatory - we can assist in the certification process) Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills Project confidence and energy on a microphone Flexible to work some morning, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed Group fitness experience and/or personal training Must be able to safely lift and move up to 60 Lbs WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?
