As an Indirect Sales Enablement Specialist , you will support the Atlantic North Market through data analysis, system troubleshooting, inventory management, and field engagement. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact revenue growth and customer experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Indirect Sales Enablement Specialist Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with Market Indirect Sales teams to gather field insights from Master Agent locations and identify best practices to improve sales, inventory, and systems efficiency.

Oversee inventory management processes by collaborating with Indirect Inventory teams, enhancing shipping protocols, and ensuring high operational efficiency.

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Tier 1 Optix troubleshooting, enabling faster issue resolution and linking with internal systems teams for continuous improvement.

Communicate best practices, workarounds, and updates to both Master Agents and internal partners.

Manage and track the broader FSLA expansion project portfolio, anticipating needs and supporting system enhancements, promotional launches, and product education initiatives.

Provide in-field support for FSLA expansion efforts, ensuring smooth execution and collaboration.

Deliver executive-level presentations and data analytics using Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.

Indirect Sales Enablement Specialist Qualifications

Required:

7 10 years of office experience, including at least 5 years in retail and 2 years in sales.

Minimum 2 years of project management experience.

High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and data analytics.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with up to 20% travel required.

Preferred:

Bachelor s degree.

Experience in telecommunications or related industries.
