Job Summary:
As a Hybrid Lawn Care Service Technician & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-quality lawn care services while also actively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. You will split your time between field operations and customer interactions, ensuring both the health of our clients' lawns and the growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
Lawn Care Service Technician:
· Perform lawn care services, including fertilization, weed control, aerations, etc..
· Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
· Diagnose and treat lawn diseases and pest infestations.
· Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
· Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality workmanship and professional service.
· Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Sales Representative:
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
· Conduct on-site lawn evaluations and provide accurate service recommendations and estimates.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Present and explain service plans and pricing to customers.
· Close sales and achieve sales targets.
· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional service needs.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in lawn care or a related field (preferred).
· Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, including fertilization, weed control, and pest management.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Sales experience or a strong aptitude for sales (preferred).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Valid driver's license with no major violations and reliable transportation.
· Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
· Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
· Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Applicator license or certifications in lawn care or related fields.
· Experience with CRM software.
· Previous experience in a hybrid service and sales role.
