What Youll Do Apply your expertise in sales tax regulations to ensure timely payment and compliance with state and local tax laws. Oversee the preparation and submission of sales tax returns, ensuring strict adherence to filing deadlines. Collaborate on sales tax audits, responding to inquiries and providing supporting documentation for tax positions. Stay updated on changes in sales tax regulations and integrate them into operational processes. Manage and maintain commission calculation processes, ensuring accuracy and timely compensation for sales representatives and agents. Create detailed commission reports for management and sales teams, offering valuable performance insights. Handle the generation and distribution of invoices and statements, ensuring compliance with payment terms. Analyze and manage accounts receivable aging reports, resolving overdue accounts as needed. Reconcile accounts receivable transactions, including adjustments, refunds, and credits. Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Assist in the preparation of budgets and provide support during external audits. Take on other related duties as needed.

What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales tax compliance, commission calculations, and accounts receivable accounting. Deep understanding of state and local sales tax regulations.
