What You’ve Accomplished Completion of a Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable experience in lieu of degree

At least 10 years of directly related nuclear experience

Excellent communication skills and negotiating skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.

As an IB Services Sales Manager in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Sales Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. These positions include daily leadership of the respective IB-A sales team (IB-R, IB-O, or IB-N) to ensure growth of the respective pipeline and subsequent orders. Specific tasks include creating sales strategies to maintain and expand market share, people development/proactive succession planning, and direct customer engagement. The range of base salary for the position is between $130,000 - $176,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits.
