That means we need sales pros who can sell value, not price.

We're after true one-call closers the kind of people who can walk into a home cold, read the room in 30 seconds, build instant trust, and ask for the sale like they've been doing it their whole life.

What Makes a Great One-Call Closer (and what we're looking for):

• Quick connector You know how to build rapport in minutes, not hours
• Command presence You take control of the appointment, not wait for it
• Instincts You can spot a real buyer and know when to push
• Guts You ask for the close without dancing around it
• Follow-through You don't leave loose ends or unreturned calls
• Thick skin You don't fold when a homeowner hesitates

What You'll Get:

• Consistent flow of qualified leads (people who asked us to come in to their home)
• Big territory if you prove you can handle it
• Product and process training but we're not here to teach you how to sell
• Room to run your own game no micromanaging

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
