Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic In Home Sales Representative to join our team. A proud Veteran Owned company. In this role, you will , go to homes to educate inform and help design full bathrooms, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. Knowing how to read people is bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets
  • Create and implement an effective sales strategy tailored to you. Also following our out lined sales presentation
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
  • Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelors degree preferred
  • Previous experience in in home sales a plus
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
  • Have to able to pass a background check
