$55,000- $120,000 per year (base + commission)

Superior Restoration is looking for a driven, customer-focused In-Home Sales Specialist. This is a full-time, exempt salaried position, with an on-call rotation availability required (after hours and weekends). We offer an incentivized bonus plan based on sales performance. This vital role serves as the first point of contact for homeowners and businesses facing emergency damage emergencies in water, fire, or mold. As an In-Home Sales Specialist, you will determine the scope of work and provide estimates to homeowners in their times of need. This position requires no cold calling but high sales techniques to complete the “one-visit close” in-home appointments.

What You’ll Do:
- Respond First: Be the first on-site for residential and commercial restoration calls on a rotating after-hours and weekend schedule.
- On Call Required: We are on a two-week rotation for on-call which includes after-hours and weekend availability.
- Consult In-Home: Meet with homeowners (qualified leads—no cold calls), assess property damage, and present solutions with empathy and professionalism.
- Drive Sales: Secure signed work authorizations on-site and communicate clearly about the restoration process and next steps.
- Coordinate: Work closely with internal teams and insurance reps to keep projects moving and clients informed.
- Document Thoroughly: Complete inspection notes, job files, and compliance documentation accurately and promptly.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of sales experience (restoration, construction, or home services preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and calm under pressure
- Comfortable using technology for job documentation
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Weekend and after-hours availability required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs., bend, kneel, or stand occasionally during job site assessments
- Must be able to wear PPE (gloves, safety glasses, mask, etc.) when needed
- Extensive local travel in Inland Empire, Orange County, and San Diego using a company-provided vehicle
- Weekend and after-hours availability required
