Having grown to nearly $10M in ARR with no dedicated sales team, the company is now building out its go-to-market motion from the ground up - starting with a high-potential inbound sales team. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment: the market is wide open, the customers are enthusiastic, and the leadership is investing heavily in growth. This is a hands-on opportunity to help define the early sales process, and engage with highly visual and entrepreneurial photography studio owners. What You Will Be Doing: Handle inbound leads generated by marketing and the website Conduct consultative product demos and walkthroughs with prospective customers (photography studios), and guide them through onboarding Address objections, answer questions, and help prospects understand the value Manage your pipeline using early-stage CRM and sales tools Collaborate closely with the interim GTM leader and marketing team to refine the sales playbook Help shape the early culture, process, and rhythm of the sales team What You’ll Need: Prior success in inbound sales, SDR, or onboarding/customer success roles Motivated by financial success and a desire to grow in SaaS sales (OTE mindset) Comfortable with ambiguity, building processes, and startup environments High energy and persuasive personality with strong follow-through Be based in Tampa, FL (or Raleigh, NC) Inside sales experience with SaaS or marketing services A connection to photography, visual content, or e-commerce What You’ll Get in Return: Strong health benefits package + 20 days PTO Entry point into a high-growth sales org Clear pathway for career growth as the team and company scale Work directly with experienced GTM leaders Flexible, supportive, and entrepreneurial team culture Strong backing from a top-tier growth equity firm Competitive compensation package with performance-based upside If you’re an up-and-comer in Inside Sales, please apply today!
