Columbus businesses need their signs and lighting fixed, maintained, and upgraded – and there's no shortage of work Tower Sign & Lighting is looking for motivated, self-driven field sales reps to drive around the city, find leads, and close deals on everything from small service calls to high-ticket retrofits. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential – the more you sell, the more you make. What You'll Do: Hunt for new clients by visiting local businesses and property managers Present and sell sign and lighting services, including retrofits and upgrades Build relationships for repeat business Track leads and sales for maximum commission Requirements: Reliable transportation Comfortable talking to business owners Self-motivated and goal-oriented Strong communication and persuasive skills Compensation: Commission-only (10–20% of gross profit per job) Bonuses for recurring clients Uncapped earning potential How to Apply:
