With a strong digital footprint and growing retail presence, we’re now expanding our reach across the Northeast and are looking for experienced territory reps who can help drive that growth.

We’re not just looking for another salesperson. We want a brand ambassador who understands the value of strong partnerships and exceptional design.
What You’ll Be Doing:
~ Own and grow a multi-state territory in the Northeast
~ Present and sell LMJ’s branded and private label collections to independent and specialty retailers
~ Make in-person store visits a minimum of 3 days per week
~ Leverage CRM tools to manage leads and track performance
~ Provide feedback from retailers to help guide product development and marketing
~ Represent LMJ at trade shows, trunk shows, and client meetings as needed
What You Bring:
~ 5+ years of jewelry industry sales experience, preferably with a strong retailer network in the Northeast
~ Solid knowledge of diamonds, jewelry trends, and the 4C’s
~ Proven track record of territory growth and relationship building
~ Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
~ Comfortable using CRM software and sales tracking tools
~ Must own a reliable vehicle for travel (mileage reimbursed)
~ Fluent in English; two professional references required
