At Hero, the Influencer Marketing Manager will support the VP of eCommerce in planning and managing influencer and community-based initiatives as well as overseeing social media, branded merchandise, and outreach to nano and micro influencers and ambassadors.

You Will:
Manage vetting and selection of micro, nano and mid-level influencers - as well as all liaising with them - using an influencer platform
Build out Hero Bread’s primary influencer gifting platform and maintain the Hero Bread Practitioner Program of industry professionals, tracking and forecasting for gifting SKUs
Evaluate in-bound proposals and solicitations for fit, opportunity and – if necessary – escalation
Funnel potential traffic sources into Hero’s commissionable affiliate program
Align influencer plans and program with business priorities and objectives and marketing calendar
Integrate the influencer and community programs with Social Manager by leading content creation, calendaring and execution with a focus on driving engagement
Track, compile and ship branded premiums and shipping materials for impact mailers to influencers and Hero consumers selected for surprise & delight
Collaborate and coordinate with external resources including PR firms and consultants on specialty influencer initiatives
Closely align influencer selection, curation and creative with brand guidelines and programming from the content and creative team
Report on influencer program performance towards KPIs and business objectives as well as social media engagement and community performance
Integrate with eComm marketing team and Consumer Experience regarding creators, communities and expected content as well opportunities for allow listing and usage rights
You Have:
2-5 years of experience coordinating and analyzing influencer campaigns, in an agency or client/brand environment, as well as social media content and community management
Familiarity with influencer platforms (eg Aspire, GRIN, Izea, Popular Pays, etc), social media calendaring and community management tools such as Sprout Social; Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager and Ad Accounts experience is a plus
Strong Can-Do attitude, natural curiosity and a collaborative way of working, do what it takes.

The position is remote, but Austin, Chicago or San Francisco Bay Area is preferred. $70,000 - $85,000 per year
