We're hiring a Home Care Client Success Manager / In-Home Care Sales Advisor to convert inquiries into clients and guide families through in-home care services. Use your consultative sales skills, relationship expertise, and client management experience to help seniors live safely at home while growing the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home assessments and sales consultations
Guide families through admissions and care planning
Match clients with caregivers and coordinate schedules
Collaborate with marketing for referrals and follow-ups
Participate in on-call rotation every 3–4 weeks
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or high school diploma + 2 yrs supervisory/home care experience
Strong consultative sales skills and ability to influence decision-making
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
