We’re Rycor (www.rycorhvac.com), the nation’s largest and fastest-growing heat pump installer. As we expand across the Southeast, we’re hiring an experienced sales leader to drive residential growth from our new Durham location.
Is this you?- Do you enjoy face-to-face consultations where you can translate homeowner needs into smart HVAC designs?
- Are you comfortable performing BTU calculations and sketching layouts that make comfort simple to understand?
- Can you guide a client from first meeting to signed contract—and a flawless handoff to operations?
- Run in-home and on-site appointments; present and demo heat pump solutions.
- Measure spaces, capture photos, and create design plans for proper heating and cooling.
- Uncover needs and tailor proposals to personal preferences and budgets.
- Negotiate pricing and terms; close to hit sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and high satisfaction.
- Monitor local trends and competitors; spot and act on growth opportunities.
- Maintain clean CRM data; produce sales reports and forecasts.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote Rycor’s offerings.
- Track record in sales/account management; in-home consulting experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; trusted advisor presence.
- Effective negotiator and closer.
- Motivated, results-focused, and consistently above target.
- Thrives both independently and on a team.
- Comfortable with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
