About the Role:
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll represent Blissful Baths directly with customers, providing innovative bath remodeling solutions during scheduled appointments. This outside sales role combines technology and design to deliver a seamless experience, helping homeowners achieve the bathroom of their dreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use an iPad to present our proven sales pitch to pre-qualified homeowners

• Design customized bath solutions using our easy-to-use software

• Provide clear pricing options and close deals on the spot

• Attend weekly training sessions to refine your sales approach and stay ahead of the curve

What You Bring:

• Excellent communication, organization, and people skills

• Prior experience in in-home sales, ideally in bath or home remodeling

• Reliable transportation and local residency

• Confidence speaking to groups and leading presentations

• A motivated, self-directed work style with a results-driven mindset

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for connecting with people

Compensation:
