About the Role: As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Blissful Baths, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to present tailored bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales position that blends technology, design, and communication to guide clients through a stress-free, inspiring remodeling experience. What You’ll Do: Use an iPad to deliver a polished and effective sales presentation to scheduled leads
Customize bathroom designs using intuitive design software
Clearly explain pricing and close deals during in-home consultations
Participate in weekly training to sharpen your sales skills and stay on top of industry trends
What We’re Looking For: Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Previous in-home sales experience (home remodeling or bath sales a plus)
Dependable transportation and local availability
Confidence in leading conversations and presenting to small groups
A self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude
A warm, engaging personality and a genuine passion for helping people
