Residential Sales Representative

All appointments are scheduled by our dispatching coordinators — no cold calling!

As an In-Home Mitigation Consultant, you will determine the scope of work to aid homeowners in their time of need. Our customer service team pre-screens, pre-qualifies, and sets up appointments with customers for the Sales Representative with the help of our dispatch department.

This position requires no cold calling but relies on strong sales techniques to complete the “one visit close” in-home appointments.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you — no cold calling required)
  • Evaluate job scope using moisture meters and other technology
  • Provide solutions to homeowners in their time of need by quickly building trust and showing empathy
  • Obtain work authorization signatures onsite through honest consultations and following defined steps
  • Communicate job status with customers, management, and insurance carriers
  • Process all documentation and ensure timely completion
Qualifications:
  • Computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
  • Basic math skills
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license and successful clearance of a background/drug test
  • Proficiency with technology, equipment, and software
  • Ability to work overtime as needed, including some holidays and weather-related surge events
