We’re hiring a motivated inside sales representative to join our rapidly expanding team! You’ll be responsible for closing sales with pre-qualified leads and driving the team’s revenue to meet sales goals. Compensation: $45,000 - $52,500 yearly Responsibilities: Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase Meet with prospects and convert them into new clients and ensure their needs are met Produce sales reports on a regular basis to present a status update on progress towards company customer acquisition goals Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling Primarily, the employee must enjoy interacting with customers and making sales. Additional requirements include: Ability to juggle multiple tasks or projects High level of attention to detail and follow-through Must be cooperative and helpful Energetic and enthusiastic personality An ability to grasp construction concepts Must be a team player Must be able to add and subtract fractions as well as other basic math functions Must have a strong desire to learn Can work under pressure and be flexible to changing conditions Must be able to demonstrate a high sense of urgency
