Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, nurturing leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate will be key in driving sales and contributing to our overall growth. Duties
Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products and services. Acts as a constant presence in the field to ensure we are visible and available to our customers. Preferred: Onsite client visits in DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES between 2-3 times per week. Actively communicates with customers through phone, fax, email, text, in-person, and/or other communication applications. Acts as a Company and Brand Ambassador to known and potential customers. Proactively reaching out to customers on a continuous basis to drive their sales and purchasing behaviors. Order Entry: Process and manage customers’ orders by analyzing back orders, item ETA dates, inventory levels, and pricing. Develops proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers including but not limited to: available back orders, items back in stock, new products/services, sales, and promotions. Provides business reviews for our largest customers to ensure purchasing growth and continuity. Presents new items immediately to prospects. Research sources for developing prospective customers and analyzes information to determine their potential Customer Service: respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and purchasing. Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products and services Provides management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Document customer transactions accurately in computer software system and complete required paperwork. Participates in trade shows throughout Country.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish) Required. Basic Computer Skills; such as use of Microsoft Office applications. Typing speed of at least 40 WPM preferred. Strong critical thinking and problem resolution skills required. Sales experience required. International sales experience (Mexico) a PLUS. Logistics experience a PLUS. 1-2 years experience as Inside Sales Preferred Job Type: Full-time
